Made In Camden: In the Making

Sarah headed across to Camden yesterday for a tour round Made In Camden. Still very much a Work in Progress but the kitchen is very much in full swing with Josh Katz, MIC's Head Chef, testing out the new menu. Here's a few sneaky photos of a few of the dishes;
