Thirsty Thursday

On Thursday 23rd September Bill will be signing copies of his new book Bills Basics at Whole Foods in Kensington. The resident Chefs will be cooking up the following tasty treats, which will be available to sample.

Stir-fried tofu with chilli and basil
Chard with olive and lemon
Pan-fried fish with 2 sauces
Crisp pork belly with apple
Chicken and dried apricot pilaf

All will be expertly matched with the perfect wines.
